About the event

This event will explore the evolving landscape of corporate culture within the financial sector, with a particular focus on the values that shape and sustain a strong workplace environment in Swiss companies with diverse international teams.

Special attention will be given to the dynamics of Swiss-Italian collaboration, highlighting how shared values — such as integrity, precision, trust, and adaptability — can be harmonised across cultural lines to foster a unified, high-performing organisational culture.
